Multi-tenant CRM platform

Multi-tenant CRM where I owned two of the load-bearing pieces. Replaced scattered permission logic with a centralized RBAC + ABAC policy engine for consistent cross-service authorization, and owned PayPal integration end-to-end: idempotent webhooks, server-side reconciliation, and a transaction state machine covering authorization, capture, refund, and dispute flows.

Outcome, Removed a recurring class of authorization bugs; payment patterns reused across downstream integrations.
